Minister of Human Rights Mashdal Mohammed Omar extended his deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathy to the families of the martyrs and the people of Shabwah Governorate following the terrorist attack carried out by the terrorist Houthi militias against a training center for security personnel in the governorate, which resulted in the deaths of 53 personnel and injuries to more than 200 others.
The Minister affirmed that this crime reflects the militias’ persistence in shedding Yemeni blood, their continued implementation of the Iranian regime’s agenda and subversive plans in Yemen and the region, and their attempts to cover up their successive defeats on the battlefield through further killing and terrorism.
He expressed his full solidarity with the families of the martyrs and the wounded during this painful tragedy, stressing the need to hold the perpetrators of the crime and the leaders responsible for it accountable, ensure that they do not escape punishment, and deliver justice to the victims and their families.
The Minister of Human Rights prayed for the martyrs, asking Almighty God to bestow His boundless mercy upon them, grant their families and loved ones patience and solace, and bless the wounded with a swift recovery.
